Life Coaching Program Agreement

By enrolling, you agree to all of the terms contained in this Agreement.

COACHING SERVICES

Helping Others Transform, LLC agrees to provide Coaching, which includes:

✓ Weekly lessons and guided reflections

✓ 12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching support

✓ Personalized approach based on your patterns​​

✓ Lifetime access to the program
TERM

The Program will be provided to Client for 12 weeks from the start date.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To maximize the benefits of this Program, you agree to:

Make coaching sessions a priority.

Arrive prepared with a focus for each session.

Take full responsibility for your effort, follow-through, and results.

SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within the Program Term.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least a few hours’ notice.

Sessions may be rescheduled anytime within the same week based on availability.

COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT BOUNDARIES

All coaching communication will be conducted during 1:1 coaching calls. Personal emails, texts, phone calls, or social media DMs are not permitted.

FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

If you opted for the installment payment option, your first installment will be charged today, and future installments will be automatically charged to the card on file, according to the payment schedule.

If a payment fails, you must remedy it immediately to avoid breach of contract.

MISSED PAYMENTS

If a card is declined, you will receive an email requesting updated payment details.

Your card may be re-run three (3) days after the failed charge.

If payment is not resolved within three (3) days, access to the Program will be suspended until payment is made.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Postponing coaching may be considered under certain circumstances.

By enrolling, you waive any rights to chargebacks or payment cancellations through your credit card provider.

In the event of a true emergency (such as a serious medical issue, death in the immediate family, or other significant life-altering circumstance), exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Helping Others Transform, LLC. Documentation may be required.

We are not doctors, therapists, financial advisors, or attorneys.

Your results will depend on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

No warranties or guarantees are made, verbally or in writing.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared in coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials provided are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent from Helping Others Transform, LLC.

TERMINATION

We are committed to providing a supportive and professional coaching environment. At our sole discretion, we may terminate this Agreement and suspend or remove your participation without refund if you:

Fail to follow Program guidelines,

Are consistently disrespectful, or

Otherwise violate the terms of this Agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Helping Others Transform, LLC harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of Program materials. You agree not to settle any third-party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be brought and decided in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
